Service Description

AdLens is a Chrome browser extension that extracts publicly available ad data from Google Ads Transparency Center. The extension processes data locally in your browser and does not store or transmit your data to our servers.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use AdLens only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the extension to violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the extension
• Use the extension to collect data in violation of Google's Terms of Service
• Resell or redistribute data obtained through the extension
• Use the extension for any commercial purpose without proper licensing

Subscription Plans

Free Plan: Includes 10,000 ads per day scraping limit with basic export functionality.

Standard Plan: $5/month for unlimited scraping with advanced features and priority support.

Pro Plan: Coming soon with advanced dashboard and team collaboration features.

Payment Terms

Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You will be charged the subscription fee on the same day each month.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Refunds: We do not provide refunds for partial months. If you cancel mid-month, you will continue to have access until the end of your billing period.

Intellectual Property

Our Rights: AdLens and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Rights: You retain ownership of any data you extract using our extension. We do not claim any rights to your scraped data.

Data and Privacy

Local Processing: All data processing occurs locally in your browser. We do not have access to your scraped data.

Privacy Policy: Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of our services.

Third-Party Services

Chrome Web Store: Our extension is distributed through the Chrome Web Store and is subject to Google's terms of service.

Payment Processing: Payments are processed by Paddle, a third-party payment processor. Your payment information is subject to Paddle's privacy policy and terms of service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdLens shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the extension will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AdLens from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AdLens operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
